Flextail's home and patio unit, and the odd one out in the line. Instead of the heated mats the Tiny and Max models use, the Villa runs a liquid prallethrin cartridge that is compatible with Thermacell refills, and it markets the largest zone of the range. A rechargeable battery heats the liquid to release a repellent vapor, and the unit adds ambient lighting and a long refill life. Because it is a liquid emanator rather than a mat, its chemistry is closer to a Thermacell than to the rest of Flextail's pocket repellers. A manufacturer-cited lab test reports fast knockdown of mosquitoes in a controlled indoor chamber, which is encouraging but is not the same as field performance on an open patio, where wind still thins the zone. It is sold direct rather than on Amazon and carries no EPA registration number of its own.
