A quiet fan draws them in and holds them, with no insecticide and no electrified grid. In the maker's testing it cut Aedes bites substantially. The honest caveat is that a single unit thins the mosquitoes in a room over days rather than out-competing you as a living host on the spot, so it belongs alongside source reduction and a skin repellent rather than replacing them.
