Laboratory and outdoor-tub comparison of s-methoprene and pyriproxyfen residual activity.
Key findings
S-methoprene at 0.02 and 0.05 ppm produced variable adult-emergence inhibition (from under 39% up to 100%) across five species over six weeks, with pyriproxyfen generally more persistent.
