Summary
Cross-sectional survey of coil users and self-reported respiratory health.
Key findings
Coil users reported more cough (52.6% versus 46.1%) and were more likely to report shortness of breath than non-users; emissions include CO, PM2.5, PM10, SO2, NO2, VOCs, and PAHs.
Limitations
Self-reported symptoms and a cross-sectional design cannot establish causation.
