Summary

Area-wide Bti (VectoBac WG) field program against Aedes aegypti in the Florida Keys.

Key findings

Larval mortality exceeded 55% on all treatment days and topped 90% on 3 of 5 days (controls under 5%); adult populations were more than 50% lower in treated versus untreated sites by week 38.

Limitations

Operational, non-randomized area-wide program with confounders from co-occurring control measures.
